2021/2022 FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP AWARD
COMPUTER BASED TEST (CBT)
The Honorable Minister of Education (HME), Mallam Adamu Adamu, invites enthusiastic and eligible Nigerians to partake in the 2021/2022 Computer Based Test (CBT) for the Federal Government Scholarship Award for:
NIGERIA AWARD SCHOLARSHIP (NA) 2021/2022 TENABLE IN NIGERIA PUBLIC TERTIARY INSTITUIONS
THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- The applicants for Postgraduate studies must have at least a first degree with Second Class Honours Division. The applicant must be enrolled as a Full-Time student of a Federal or State University.
- All other applicants (UG, HND and NCE) must be fully registered as full-time students in their second year or above in Federal or State Universities, Polytechnics, Monotechnics, and Colleges of Education. All applicants for the undergraduate Scholarship (Physically challenged inclusive) must have a minimum of 4.0 Cumulative Grade Points Aggregate (CGPA) on a five (5) point scale or its equivalents or 5.0 on a 7 point scale.
- All NCE and HND applicants are required to have a CGPA of 3.5 and above on a scale of 4.0
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- The scholarship is tenable in Nigeria and takes effect from the onset of the academic session.
- It shall not be kept at the same time with another Award nor is it for part-time studies.
- Change of course or Institution is not permitted while relishing the award.

- Science and Technology
- Medicine and Para-medicals
- Education
- Agriculture
- Liberal Arts/Social/Management Sciences
- Entrepreneural Studies,
- ICT
- Environmental Sciences
- Law
HOW TO APPLY
All the candidates who are qualified are urged to:
a. Visit the Federal Ministry of Education’s website www.education.gov.ng and click on Federal Scholarship Board ICON on the Home Page:
b. Go over the guidelines and then finish the Application Form online
c. Print the Examination slip.
d. Dual Entries will be disqualified!

- Present School’s Identity Card

i) Candidates are instructed to select a Computer Based Test Centre (CBT) very close to them;
iii) The registration portal will be opened for application from 9th May, 2022 to 20th June, 2022.
